SOLD - Located within arguably the prettiest bay in Port Phillip.
Approximately 30 - 40m from the shore at 1 o'clock looking out to the water from the lawn at the carpark.
Approximately 25 - 30m from the end of, and to the left of, the first jetty closest to the carpark.
Water depth is 1.6m at low tide this mooring currently has a 5m fibreglass, 750kg fibreglass outboard runabout on it.
There is a new blue buoy with moulded grab handle (not a stick).
