A large heavy duty mooring with 3 anchors and port and starboard mooring ropes. This mooring had a $5,000 upgrade in late 2020 to bring it to as new condition. Located 150m west of Lentell Ave and just 200m off the beach with approximately 5m of water at low tide. Has accommodated a large heavy timber cruiser. Includes a big buoy system for ease of mooring.

Serviced by Heath Cameron of Mullies Underwater Services and a mooring sale report not more than 42 days old will be provided for the transfer to verify the mooring is in good condition and suitable for the boat to go onto it.
