Sorrento East - SET 203 - 7 metres

SOLD - Located very close to SSCBC, this mooring is slightly to the west of the Club and out from the Caravan Park carpark opposite Erlandsson Ave, Sorrento.
It is approximately 160m from the beach and 350m west of the jetty.
The mooring has just been rebuilt at a cost of approximately $5,000 by Mullies Underwater Services. An up to date mooring report will be provided.
At low tide the water depth is approximately 2.8m and would suit a 24ft coat boat.
The sale includes a timber dingy that lives on the beach opposite the mooring.
