Perfectly located just 75m off the beach and 90m west of the Portsea Pier (between the Pier and The Cutting). This mooring is suitable for a boat to 27ft (8m) to an approximate weight of 4 tonne. Water depth at low tide is approximately 3.5m. Ground chains are 26mm open link in fair condition. Riding chain will be replaced prior to transfer. Big Buoy mooring system with 24mm silver bridles (bridles may need replacing to suit the purchasers boat and will be at purchasers cost).

Serviced by Heath Cameron of Mullies Underwater Services and a mooring report not more than 42 days old will be provided for the transfer verifying the mooring is compliant for a transfer, and suitable for the intended vessel.
