SOLD - Located in front of the new clubhouse on the 2nd row in approximately two thirds of the jetty out.
A 2-leg mooring in good condition and in 2.5 - 3m of water.
Will suit a boat 22ft - 25ft. Not suitable for a keel boat.
Regularly serviced by Greg Fink of Peninsula Underwater Services and an up to date mooring report will be provided.
Transfer is subject to approval by Parks Victoria.
