WOW! What a location - just 78m east of the BYS jetty and only 200m off the beach - in other words just off the divers platform and opposite the Clubhouse. This mooring enjoys the protection of the jetty and marina from all weather from the west and north west and has approximately 3m of water at low tide.

Without question the best mooring of its size currently available for sale. Add to this, in May 2018 it has had a $4,000 upgrade that virtually makes it a brand new mooring.
