This Catamaran berth (18m x 8m) is the first berth in on jetty 2 in a very secure position and well protected from bad weather with water depth approximately 2.5m. Excellent facilities include lounge/dining/bar/bathrooms/sealed car park. Nearby shops & boating services, pump out facilities, boat ramp, slip yards and quality marine contractors available in nearby Paynesville.
This 220 berth marina is located on the protected waters of McMillan Straight between Paynesville & Raymond Island and is tightly held, opportunities are rare particularly for Catamaran berths.
Licence expires 1st January 2033 and there owner will be given first right of refusal to renew for a further term.
Note - fold down ladder is not included and it is not a requirement for berth owners to become members of the Club.
The length overall of a boat (LOA) means tip to toe and includes overhanging anchors/bow sprits/swim platforms/davits etc.
