MAJOR PRICE REDUCTION...Located 330m off the beach and 90m to the east of Lentell Ave this mooring will take a boat up to 10m. Water is approximately 4m deep and it has a large buoy with a smaller pick up buoy, new shackles, swivels and tether ropes installed March 2021.

Serviced by Greg Fink of Peninsula Underwater Divers and a mooring sale report not more than 14 days old will be provided for the transfer to verify the mooring is in good condition and suitable for the boat to go onto it.
