Located in a very protected position just west of the old Aquarium this mooring has previously accommodated an 8m Bertram flybridge and is 120m off the beach. The owner has a dingy rack on the beach that will pass to the new owner.

The mooring is in need of a substantial upgrade and the price asked assumes the current owner will have this work carried out prior to transfer. Alternatively, the owner is happy to negotiate price to accommodate the purchaser having the work done to suit their specific boat.

Serviced by Heath Cameron of Mullies Underwater Services and an up to date mooring report will be provided at the time of transfer confirming the mooring is in good condition and suitable for the boat to be moored on it.
