Sorrento West - SWT 214 - 14 metres

Located in a safe, protected, and tightly held position off Lentell Avenue this is a location that due to the sand bar protection, is safe, all year round.

This mooring is a heavy, all year mooring that will take a boat to 14m and 20 tonne and has the added benefit of a dinghy rack that is included in the sale.

It is in deep water in an area well protected by sand bars to the north east which keeps winter seas to a minimum.

The mooring is 175m from shore, and 68m west of Lentell Avenue.

Serviced by Greg Fink of Peninsula Underwater Services, and mooring report not more than 14 days old will be provided for the transfer verifying the mooring is in good order and suitable for the boat to go onto it.
