Well located in front of the BYS Clubhouse just 220m off the beach and 155m east of the jetty. Suitable for a boat to 8m with approximately 2.5m depth at low tide.

Serviced by Greg Fink of Peninsula Underwater Services and a mooring report not more than 14 days old will be provided at the time of transfer confirming the mooring is in good condition and suitable for the boat to go onto it.
